Where are the items produced?

All HOUSE of ACKER products are designed in Vienna, Austria, where the brand is based. Our jewelry charms also handmade in Vienna. Our bags are partly produced by social company in Vienna and partly by a family-owned business with a long tradition of leatherwork in Poland.

How can HOUSE of ACKER sell jewelry of good quality, with a local production and a focus on sustainability at such a low price?

HOUSE of ACKER collects discarded necklaces and bracelets from flea-markets and vintage-sales and carefully turns their unique stones, pearls and beads into precious jewelry pendants. Every piece is handmade in Vienna, Austria and produced of already existing materials. That way we are able to offer high value items while keeping the prices low. This is our way to commit to a sustainable lifestyle without compromising on beauty and contemporary style and to provide an environmentally-friendly option at an affordable price.

SHIPPING

How much are the shipping costs?

We ship to Austria for 3,50 € and in all EU states for 5,50 €. If you country is not on the shipping list please contact us (hello@houseofacker.at)

How long is the estimated delivery time?

All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Shipping within Austria: 3-5 business days and in the European Union 5 – 7 business days.

Item is damaged, defective or incorrect?

Please e-mail us (hello@houseofacker.at) immediately, with your complaint and order number. Please include a picture of the damages or wrong-shipped product. We will provide a quick and satisfying solution.

Is it possible to return my goods?

If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it. Returns must be made within 14 days after receiving the goods. All items must be returned new and unused in its original packaging. Items that are used or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. In this case you will not receive a refund.

Once we received and accept your return in good condition we will inform you about it and will proceed to refund the amount of purchase as soon as possible.

Please note that all costs that are made to return the goods are your own responsibility and will not be refunded.
